Ziox Mobiles, which is a domestic Indian manufacturer of smartphones, has gone ahead and announced the Ziox Duopix Fi, which has dual selfie cameras. The presence of these cameras is the USP of the device, sources suggest. Priced at Rs 7,499, the Duopix F1 joins the ever-expanding list of selfie-centric smartphones in the country, a niche which has traditionally been dominated by Vivo and Oppo and similar brands.
Ziax Duopix F1 Specs and Features
The specs and features of the Duopix F1 are pretty standard, if not downright basic. Ziax Mobiles has given it a 5-inch HD 720p display that also features a 2.5D curved glass coating which adds to the visual appeal of the smartphone. A peek under the hood reveals a 1.3GHz quad-core processor that works in tandem with 2GB RAM as well as 16GB of internal/native storage space. Using a microSD card, you can increase the innate storage space too.
The Ziox Duopix F1 has several connectivity options including, but not limited to, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, as well as GPS, dual SIM support, and a handy USB port. The device will run on Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box and a 2400mAh battery is expected to keep the juice flowing evenly. Despite being a budget smartphone, the Duopix F1 supports facial recognition feature besides providing support for 21 languages as well.
Coming to the USP: the dual selfie cameras. Out front is an 8MP primary sensor accompanied by a 2MP secondary sensor. The LED Flash out front can come handy in low-light conditions. Besides, the 8MP sensor can also capture regular RGB shots; the secondary, smaller sensor has bokeh capabilities. There is a rear/primary camera with an 8MP sensor and also has a LED flash. At Rs 7,499, and with color options of stunning black and smart white, the Ziox Duopix F1 seems to be a decent buy.
