The grand day has arrived finally. The premium segment heavy-hitter LG V30+ device is all set to have its initial sale in the Indian markets today. Launched in India last week, the new LG V30+ rolled out with a price tag of Rs. 44,990. The new report indicates that the sales will be exclusively carried forward by the online retailer store, Amazon India. This LG flagship device was initially launched in two color variants: Black and Silver.
Unveiled at IFA 2017 tech show in the month of August, the LG V30 and the premium V30+ devices were earlier. We had covered the same report on its launch earlier. At the time of the global launch, we had also tipped the price tags of LG V30+ as well as its smaller sibling. The main USP of these devices is the 6-inch OLED display alongside the FullVision technology. Besides, there’s a Snapdragon 835 SoC, the smartphone also flaunts an aluminum frame with the inclusion of Corning Gorilla Glass on the front panel.
We also pointed out how the same device was tipped to have an imminent launch in India. The LG V30+, as reported by Gizbot, is a full-screen phone with features like crystal clear glass lens at the back with f/1.6 aperture, OLED display, so on and so forth. The device supports a screen resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixel an aspect ratio of 18:9. On the optics front, the LG V30+ comes with a dual camera setup with a 16MP primary sensor and a 13MP secondary sensor with f/1.6 and f/1.9 apertures respectively.
On the software front, the smartphone runs the Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system with LG’s UX 6.0+. Connectivity options also include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G VoLTE and NFC.
