Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Specs Leaked Online, May Feature 7-Inch Full HD Display

Chinese mobile giant Xiaomi is presently working on a new device which is deemed to become the successor of the Mi Max 2 which was launched in India last year with a huge 5300 mAh battery and a 5.44-inch full HD display screen. It is dubbed as Mi Max 3, a device we have covered earlier.

Now as per the latest reports, someone has leaked the specification sheet of the Mi Max 3 on Chinese microblogging website Weibo. As per the leaked information, the Mi Max 3 will feature a 6.99-inch full HD display screen with a 2160 X 1080 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9.

The leak also revealed that the smartphone is going to be powered by a Snapdragon 635 processor, which is the new enhanced version of the Snapdragon 625 with 14nm process technology. However, another report also suggests that the device could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor.

Coming to the camera section, the Mi Max 3 is said to feature a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Also, the Mi Max 3 is reported to run on the now-dated Android 7.0 Nougat based MIUI 9.0.

The Mi Max 3 is expected to come in two variants, one with 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage space and the other one with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage space. The battery unit is said to feature a massive 5,500 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology and also reverse charging feature, which means users can connect the Mi Max 3 with other devices to charge them up also, when they run out of power.

The leaked information has also revealed the expected price of the new device. It is likely to cost around 1699 Yuan, which comes out to Rs 16, 840 approximately.

Going by the launching pattern of the previous two Xiaomi Mi Max devices, which was launched around the middle of the year. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 too may get launched sometime in June 2018.
