Chinese smartphone developer Meizu is due to celebrate its 15th anniversary this year, and they are planning to launch a new smartphone to mark the special occasion very soon. We have got news that the new devices could be named Meizu 15 and Meizu 15 Plus. We already have an idea about how the phone may look, since a number of unofficial leaks have surfaced online in the last few months.
Meizu could bring in some exciting new features to the new devices as they would launch this phone to commemorate their 15th anniversary celebrations. Now, a new leak has surfaced online revealing a lot of interesting information about the looks of the new phone ahead of its official launch. This time, it is the first live images of the Meizu 15 Plus that has been leaked and if the image turns out to be real, then we have to admit that the phone looks spectacular from the front.
The phone features a near bezel-less display on three sides and a very thin bezel on the top side to fit the front selfie camera and the earpiece. It is quite similar to the design of the new iPhone X, with a few differences on the front top side of the phone.
If we talk about the rear side of the phone, it features a dual-camera setup with better LED flash which could also work as a finger-print scanner for the users. The device is likely to have a metal body design and the leaked images indicate that it may be available in matte black color, though we do not have any information about the other possible color variants of the phone.
Coming to the specifications of the phone, nothing much has been revealed so far but rumors are doing the rounds that the device may be powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset and could feature a 6GB or 8GB RAM.
We could not make out anything else from the leaked images, so it would be the best option to wait for a few days for the official launch to take place to get more detailed information regarding the same.
