The Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro has received a price cut of Rs 2500 in India. The smartphone was launched in India last year with a price tag of Rs 27,990. Towards the end of the year, it had received a price cut from Samsung and was available at Rs 24,990. Now the price has been further reduced by the company may be to boost sales. It is now available at Rs 22,400 on e-commerce portal Amazon as well offline retail stores and authorized Samsung dealers across the country.
The price drop was first spotted and reported by a Mumbai based retailer by the name of Mahesh Telecom on Twitter. The smartphone is currently available in two color variants of Navy Blue and Gold.
To recollect the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, the device comes with a 5.7-inch full HD AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 625 processor that is clocked at 2.2GHz and Adreno 506 GPU on top of it. It is backed up by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage that is further upgradable to 256GB with a micro-SD card. It is fueled by a 3,300 mAH battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The device also comes with a fingerprint scanner that is embedded on the physical home button on the front panel of the smartphone. It also comes with Samsung’s Always-On display with support for Samsung Pay.
Coming to the optics department of the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, the smartphone features a 16-megapixel camera on the rear and a camera of the same resolution on the front panel. Both the cameras are capable of recording HD videos at 30 fps (frames per second). In terms of connectivity, the device features hybrid dual SIM slot, 4G LTE, Wifi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and a USB Type-C charging port. The device also comes with a number of sensors like accelerometer, gyroscope, a geomagnetic sensor, proximity sensor and an ambient light sensor.
