With just a day to go, the smartphone has been teased on Indian ecommerce site Flipkart revealing all the specifications. Set to become the successor of the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) which was launched in the country last year in March, the smartphone features a full HD+ Super AMOLED display with three cameras on its rear panel. The device also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by Dolby Atmos audio technology. Flipkart has posted a page on its website that reveals the release date of the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) and also lits its specifications. The site shows the thin bezel display panel of the device and also reveals the presence of AR Emoji. Apart from the Flipkart listing, the Twitter account of Samsung India has also confirmed the launch date of the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) and has also revealed some of its key features like a full HD+ Super AMOLED display, triple rear cameras, Dolby Atmos audio technology and more via a series of tweets. Samsung is expected to launch the device at a launch event to be held in the country tomorrow. Coming to the price, it is yet to be revealed by the company but as per speculations, the device may arrive with a price tag of EUR 350 (Rs 30,000 approximately) in the global market. We will have to wait till the launch event to know the exact pricing details. Coming to the features, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) features a 6-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 2GHz and coupled with 4GB or 6GB of RAM. On the imaging front, it features a triple rear camera setup with a 24-megapixel primary sensor with autofocus, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, it features a 24-megapixel sensor for taking selfies and is accompanied by an LED flash. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) comes in two variants of 64GB and 128GB storage which can be further upgraded with the help of a micro-SD card. Powered by a 3,300mAh battery, the smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
