Samsung has launched two new smartphones in China. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy A6s and Galaxy A9s, the smartphones have been rolled out silently to the Chinese markets and are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processors. Both the smartphones are equipped with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of inbuilt storage space. The Samsung Galaxy A9s looks to be a Chinese variant of the Samsung Galaxy A9 launched earlier.
Coming to the price of these devices, the Samsung Galaxy A6s comes with a price tag of CNY 1,799 for the ^GB RAM/64GB ROM variant while the 128GB inbuilt storage variant has been priced at CNY 2,199. The Samsung Galaxy A9s, on the other hand, is available only in one variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage and it comes with a price tag of CNY 3,499. Both these smartphones are now available for preorder in China via JD.com.
Talking about the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy A6s sports a 6-inch Super AMOLED full HD+ display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of inbuilt storage space. The internal storage can be further upgraded with a micro-SD card. On the optics front, it features a dual rear camera setup with two 12-megapixel sensors. On the front, it features a 24-megapixel sensor for taking selfies and video calling.
Coming to the Samsung Galaxy A9s, it sports a larger 6.3-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display and is powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. It is equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage which can be further upgraded with a micro-SD card. On the optics front, it features a quadruple camera setup on the rear panel with a 24-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, and another 5-megapixel sensor. On the front, it features a 24-megapixel selfie camera. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
