The Oppo F3 Plus launched earlier this years and now the Chinese company is all geared up to launch the standard phone – the Oppo F3. The device is set for a launch on Thursday but the press release and promotional images of the handset have emerged online and they have ended up revealing exciting features.
The leaked pictures were obtained by AndroidPure and it reveals that the design is similar to the last Oppo flagship. We had heard that the Oppo F3 will sport a different design but that seems to be wrong now. This could be disappointing for many but take a look at the features the handset has to offer.
As per the leaked images, we can make out that there is a 13-megapixel rear camera unit with LED flash and an exciting dual-camera on the front (16 megapixels + 8 megapixels). One can also see if one takes a close look at the picture antenna line at the top and the bottom of the handset.
Apart from these the handset had earlier been spotted at Geekbench with features like 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels that will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device is expected to be powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T processor with Mali T860 and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with oppo’s ColorOS 3.0 skin.
The Oppo F3 measures 153.3 × 75.2 ×7.3 mm and weighs 153 grams. It packs a 4GB RAM and internal storage of 64GB that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card, which is great, to say the least. The handset supports two Nano SIMs, are 4G VoLTE-enabled and comes along with the following connectivity options: GPS, WiFi 802.11ac (dual-band), and Bluetooth 4.1.
The Oppo F3 Plus handset that was launched in March 2017 offers 6.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels, runs Android 6.0 and is powered by 1.95GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor. The device packs 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card.
As far as optics is concerned, the Oppo F3 offers a 16-megapixel rear camera and 6-megapixel selfie camera. The handset measures 163.63 x 80.80 x 7.35 and weighs 185.00 grams. It is a dual SIM smartphone that accepts two GSM Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G and 4G and sensors like Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, and Gyroscope.
