The Transsion Holdings-owned brand Infinix on Tuesday launched the Infinix Hot S3 smartphone in the Indian markets. The device’s main highlight is that it features a 20-megapixel selfie camera which comes equipped with a dual soft light LED flash. It happens to be the first and foremost smartphone from Infinix which sports the Full View display and comes with a mammoth battery capacity.
Infinix Hot S3 Key Specs and Features
The Infinix Hot S3 smartphone comes with a 5.65-inch HD+ Full View display with 2.5D and supports a screen resolution of 720×1440 pixels. It features a screen to body ratio of 81 percent. Under the hood, the Infinix Hot S3 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC that has been coupled with Adreno 505 GPU and paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The Hot S3 packs in either 32 GB or 64GB of default storage which is further expandable up to 128 GB using a microSD card slot.
On the optics front, the phone is bestowed with a 13-megapixel rear sensor with the inclusion of features like PDAF, 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture, and a dual LED flash. Up front, there’s a 20-megapixel selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0 size, a dual LED flash as well as a 5P lens. Besides the OTG support, there are other connectivity options such as the Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, and a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard also include the Proximity sensor, Ambient Light sensor, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as well as the G-sensor.

Infinix Hot S3 Price and Availability
The Infinix Hot S3 comes with a price point of Rs. 8,999, in India for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option. On the contrary, the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 10,999. The phone will be available through Flipkart exclusively, with the first sale slated to hold on February 12, i.e. the coming Monday. As far as the availability is concerned, it will be available in two color options- the Sandstone Black Color and the Brush Gold Color.
