Apple’s Alleged Upcoming iPad May Feature Face ID Technology

The Cupertino tech conglomerate, Apple, is doing wonders in the tech industry ever since it debuted with iPhone X with the new face ID feature. If the latest report is anything to consider, Apple is apparently working on a new iPad which will come with inbuilt Face ID. Reports shed lights on the fact that Apple is developing to building an Animoji feature that will have the same iPhone-used technology: the Face ID technology.

Furthermore, the reports also point out that Apple will bring the Animojis to its FaceTime feature also, which will be capable of giving the allowance to consumers to use the Augmented Reality feature while they are on any video call. The new features will be implemented as a part of the software release that is recently codenamed as “Peace”. The codenamed software “Peace” is expected to develop universal apps which can work across Apple’s ecosystem of devices.

Gizbot reports that the upcoming Apple iOS 12 will bring various features, including the capability of running the iPhone apps on the Mac devices. In addition, it will also feature a new Digital Health tool that will allow parents to keep a tab on children spending how much time on iOS devices. Also, it will add the Animoji support in FaceTime (and also Animoji), a redesigned stocks app, Face ID support on iPad, a new way to import photos into an iPad, upgraded Do Not Disturb mode, and a new way to integrate Siri into the iPhone search.

The Apple iPad as already mentioned will feature iPhone X Face ID. To recall, the Apple iPhone X comes with a 5.8 inches Capacitive Touchscreen display and supports a screen resolution of 1125 x 2436 pixels. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Hexacore Processor: Apple A11 Bionic Neural engine which is coupled with Apple Designed GPU GPU, 256 GB storage default memory capacity as well as 3 GB RAM.

In the camera department. the Apple iPhone X’s 256GB variant sports a 12 and 12 MP Dual Cameras on the rear panel. Other features included are 1080@30fps, 4K Video recording, dual OIS, Quad-LED True Tone Flash, Portrait mode, and Continuous Shooting. Up front, the smartphone comes with a 7 MP selfie camera.
