Asus ZenFone 3 is all set to launch today. Only a few hours left for the event in New Delhi, Snapdeal has revealed the price of at least one of the smartphones in the lineup. At the time of writing, Asus ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) is priced at Rs. 21,999. It’s worth noting that the price is significantly higher to the launch price $249, which translates to approximately Rs. 16,800.
At launch, the Asus ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) was priced starting $249 (roughly Rs. 16,800), Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) was priced at $499 (approx Rs. 33,600), and the ZenFone 3 Ultra (ZU680KL) was priced at $479 (approx Rs. 32,200). While the ZenFone 3 Laser and ZenFone 3 Max, that was launched in Vietnam, were priced at VND 5,990,000 (approx Rs. 18,000) and VND 4,490,000 (approx Rs. 13,500) respectively.
Speaking of the features, the Asus ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) smartphone sports a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and runs on Android. The handset packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. It features a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India) and FM. Sensors on the phone include Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, and Gyroscope. The device is backed by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.

Smartphones in the ZenFone line-up has different screen sizes. While the ZenFone 3 and ZenFone 3 Laser feature 5.5-inch full-HD displays, the ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL) sports a 5.7-inch full-HD display; the ZenFone 3 Ultra (ZU680KL) comes to a 6.8-inch full-HD display, and the ZenFone 3 Max bears a 5.2-inch full-HD IPS LCD.
In Snapdeal there’s no mention of the other models in the ZenFone 3 lineup, especially the ZenFone 3 Deluxe, ZenFone 3 Ultra, ZenFone 3 Laser, and ZenFone 3 Max.
