HP has launched DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 All-in-One printers that offer a combination of printing, scanning and copying. The maker claims that the printers are half the size of other inkjet all-in-one printers in its class. Dubbed as the world’s smallest, it costs Rs 7,176.
The redesigned HP printers claim to offer easy printing from a smartphone or tablet and even offers direct printing from social media websites like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Speaking on the launch, Rajiv Srivastava, Managing Director, HP Inc. India said: “HP is aiming to be the trendsetter in style and technology by introducing innovative and trendy products. Today’s launch has unfurled a new chapter about amazing engineering experiences that we offer to our customers. HP’s new DeskJet Ink Advantage printers are yet another innovation which is an answer to the evolving customer needs.”
The printer is available in a number of colour options – electric blue, sea grass green and cardinal red. They all feature on a white base. There’s a free app that enables users to command the printer to print, copy and scan with most smartphones and tablets across all three major platforms, including iOS, Android and Windows devices. Moreover, users can begin printing in any instant from their mobile devices or access the printer without a network without a network, by using Wi-Fi Direct.

HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3700 aims to be cost efficient, convenient and meet educational and creative home printing needs for everyone. The printer has recently named as one of TIME Magazine’s “50 Most Influential Gadgets of All Time”.
