Reliance Digital introduced the concept of smartphones with 4G VoLTE support with their LYF smartphones a few days back and since then, all other smartphone manufacturers have adopted the concept. Consumer electronics Giant Panasonic, who is relatively lesser known for its devices in the smartphone market launched the Panasonic P77, a budget smartphone which also supports 4G VoLTE support and will be available in Panasonic outlets all over the country.

The P77 smartphone has a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1GHz quad-core processor coupled and comes with 1GB RAM. The P77 has 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card.
The P77 smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
Camera Specifications
On the Camera front, the Panasonic P77 smartphone sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Panasonic P77 is powered by a 2,000mAh Lithium Polymer battery and the smartphone’s connectivity options like dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE support, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi and A-GPS support.

The Panasonic P77 will be available in all Panasonic retail stores across the country at a price tag of Rs.6990. Considering the features of the phone, the honest opinion would be that the device will not have a lot of takers as the said price range can afford smartphones from other companies which are much superior to the P77 in terms of both power and performance.
