Red Dead Revolver Has Been Re-Released on PlayStation 4

Red Dead Revolver: Rockstar’s Red Dead Revolver has been re-released on PS 4. It’s currently available for you to download via the PlayStation Store. The title features “full 1080p up-rendered” visuals and costs $14.99.

The western action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Rockstar San Diego in the year 2004. Back then it was released on PlayStation 2. Upon its release the game had received favourable reviews, and aggregating review websites GameRankings and Metacritic gave the PlayStation 2 version 74.59% and 73/100 and the Xbox version 74.29% and 74/100. By 2010, Red Dead Revolver has sold 920,000 copies in North America. In the same year, the title the game received honourable in the book 1001 Video Games You Must Play Before You Die.

The PS4 version supports features such “Trophies, Shareplay, Remote Play, Activity Feeds and Second Screen support for game manuals with PS Vita or PS App.”

The official synopsis on the PS Store runs somewhat like this:

I suppose now we can wait for the second title in the Red Dead franchise, Red Dead Redemption to come out on PlayStation 4. By 2015 Red Dead Redemption has shipped over 14 million units. Redemption too has received critically acclaim for its visuals, dynamically-generated music, voice acting, gameplay, and story. Stay tuned for more updates.
