After successfully launching the Intex Aqua 4G Mini, the Indian tech giant Intex has launched their first ELYT series smartphone, the Intex ELYT-e1 in India. This 4G VoLTE supported brand new smartphone from Intex is priced at Rs. 6,999 and will be available to purchase at various retail stores all over the country.
The recently launched Intex ELYT-e1 boasts of a 5-inch HD Onecell IPS display with the pixel resolution of 720×1280 pixels and 294 ppi pixel density. The handset is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. The device comes with a 16GB of internal storage and facilitates the users to further expand the internal storage capacity to 128GB with the help of the microSD card slot.
On the optics front, the Intex ELYT-e1 sports an 8-megapixel camera on both the front and rear end of the handset. Moreover, both the cameras are accompanied by LED flash to take better selfies and making high-quality video calls at the low-light. The handset is powered by 2200mAh battery which by company’s claim provides 5.5 hours of talk time and 220 hours of standby time. As far the connectivity options are concerned, the Intex ELYT-e1 comes with Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, USB 2.0, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack, apart from the 4G VoLTE.
Design-wise, the handset flaunts a brushed metal finish with a fingerprint sensor placed at the back end of the phone, just underneath the square-shaped camera sensor. The device also houses power buttons and volume buttons on the right side of the phone while a capacitive navigation button is placed at the bottom front of the smartphone.
The Intex ELYT-e1 weighs only 145 grams and measures 142.4×71.5×8.7mm. The handset is only available in one color option and that is Champagne. Also, all the modern day sensor options such as an ambient light sensor, accelerometer and proximity sensor. The Intex ELYT-e1 comes with some preloaded apps such as LFTY, Game Play, Intex My Wallet, Vdio Play and Game Store out of the box
