The Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus has lately been in news over a couple of leaks, most of which indicate that the handset will come with dual rear cameras. According to rumors that handset will be announced and eventually launched in a couple of weeks. When that happens, it’ll be something to look forward to.
Roland Quandt, the popular tipster has shared the leaked press images on Twitter showcasing a Midnight Blue color Moto G5S which is the fifth leaked color of the handset. In the previous leaks, we have seen a Gold (with White front) along with Gold, Grey, Silver (with White front) color options on the phone.
It’s worth mentioning that in the leaked pictures as we take a look at the leaked renders, we can see that the handsets will sport an all-metal design that seems to recall the Moto G5 Plus and the other variant, the Moto G5S will be featuring a front facing flash that comes along with antenna bands in the rear which seems to also recall Moto M that had a metal-body. The other specs that we have heard the Moto G5S will come with include Android 7.0 Nougat, 5.5-inch full-HD display, along with an octa-core processor.
The Moto G5S is an upgrade from the Moto G5 that sports with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 424 pixels per inch. It is powered by a 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor that comes along with 4GB of RAM and an internal memory of 32 GB that can be expanded up to 128 GB using a microSD card. As far as the camera is concerned, the Moto G5 comes along with 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear along with the 5-megapixel front camera for taking selfies. The website runs Android 7.0 and is backed by a 3000mAh non-removable battery.
