Lenovo‘s much-anticipated smartphone, the Lenovo K8 Note, has earlier been covered by us when it released in India some days back. When it was released in the country, it was announced that the device would start selling in the country as an Amazon-exclusive product while the sales would start from August 18. Today is that day, and if you are a big Lenovo fan, it is time to book yourself a device on the e-tailing giant’s website.
Starting today at 12 PM, the new Lenovo K8 Note will start retailing and it seems that both Lenovo and Amazon have joined hands to give some extra benefits to the customers; people who buy the new K8 Note will also receive an offer from Idea Cellular. Ths offer includes 64GB of 4G data and unlimited calls for 56 days at just Rs 343.
Lenovo K8 Note Specs and Features
The Lenovo K8 Note looks very promising. It has a slew of great features that extend from the display to the cameras and security features. The new device features a quality 5.5-inch FHD 1080p display that has a great 178-degree wide viewing angle besides Gorilla Glass protection. At the heart of the device is a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 SoC that has been fabricated using a 20nm process. As of now, two variants have been offered: one with 3G and 32GB of native storage, which comes for Rs 12,999 and another with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which retails for Rs. 13,999.
Both the models will have expandable storage thanks to a dedicated microSD card slot. The new Lenovo K8 Note will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will offer the stock Android experience. Keeping the lights on will be a handy 4000mAh battery which will also support Turbo Charging.
This new Lenovo device comes with a dual-lens rear camera setup with two sensors: 13MP and 5MP. Wide angle shots will be captured by this rear camera module thanks to the bokeh effect. At the front is a 13MP sensor for selfies and video calling and also has Pro and Beautify Mode besides a decent selfie flash.
