Oppo R11S to Hit the Chinese Markets on 2nd November

The November 2 date is pretty much important for the ‘selfie-centric’ brand OPPO. We already have come across the hype surrounding its much-awaited OPPO F5, which is expected to get launched on this particular day (as reported in this news). However, via other reports, we get to know that OPPO is set to launch another smartphone on November 2 and F5 has been scheduled to make its debut on October 26 (as reported here). Although, we don’t have any further confirmation on this. Nevertheless, if the latest report is to be considered true, the company has revealed to unveil the Oppo R11S, the successor to OPPO R11 on 2nd November in Beijing.

In the design language, the OPPO R11S will follow the bandwagon of full-screen display. Dubbed a worthy upgrade to the original model, the upcoming handset is expected to flaunt a mammoth 6-inch display alongside an aspect ratio of 18:9. The display will be supported by a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. On the optics front, OPPO R11S is reported to come with a  20-megapixel primary sensor and a 16-megapixel secondary sensor at the rear panel. While on the contrary, there’s a 20-megapixel selfie shooter at the front panel. OPPO R11S will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and is expected to come in four variants.

The OPPO R11S recently was spotted on AnTuTu revealing major key specs. Of all the expected features, one of the most important was that the R11S was revealed to house Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 660 mid-range processor alongside Adreno 512 GPU. On board, it would come with a combination of 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of native storage.

On contrary, OPPO F5 is expected to feature a bezel-less 6-inch FHD+ screen with 18:9 aspect ratio alike to the R11S model. The best part is, fans will receive F5 which features AI-backed selfie cam equipped with Beautify technology of the company. This will deliver improved selfie shots. As of now, we are sure that OPPO is set to make a mark in the tech industry with the launch of these two devices.
