The devices are dubbed as the Sony Xperia XA 2, Sony Xperia XA 2 Ultra and Sony Xperia L2 respectively. While the design of the devices remains unchanged from their predecessors, there are a number of new features that have been added. The rear camera unit which used to feature near the top left corner has been moved to the center-top position. A new fingerprint sensor has been installed on the rear panel. Sony has discarded the MediaTek processor for the Xperia XA 2 series and has instead opted for the more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset. While the XA 2 features a 5.2-inch full HD display screen, the XA 2 Ultra comes with a 6-inch full HD display. The Xperia XA 2 is backed by 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, with external micro SD card support for further expansion of its storage space. The Xperia XA 2 Ultra, on the other hand, comes with 4GB RAM and two variants having 32GB and 64GB internal storage space respectively. The storage space may be further expanded by micro SD card.
