Samsung is all ready to host its 2018 flagships at the Unpacked 2018 event to be held on February 25 in Barcelona just one day before the MWC 2018 tech show. The South Korean company at the launch event will unveil the Galaxy S9 as well as Galaxy S9+ smartphones. Speculations have already been rife when it comes to the next generation flagship devices from Samsung, but the recent leak that we have come across indicate something more than interesting.

The report indicates that Samsung has recently posted a trio of promo videos which reveal exciting features besides the camera features as well as 3D emojis support in the upcoming 2018 Samsung’s flagship models. Three trailers show off the abilities of Galaxy S9’s primary camera like the low-light performance as well as the slow-motion feature. The uploaded video has been spotted on Samsung Mobile Korea’s official YouTube channel.

From what we have seen via the first video. it apparently shows everything happening rapidly, however, it slows down at the end in order to show ‘9’. Evidently, the South Korean tech giant is now teasing the slow-motion video capturing capability of its upcoming Galaxy S9 as well as Galaxy S9+ flagships. Samsung phones over the past few generation models have been featuring the slow-mo video feature. But the upcoming smartphones is expected to feature an upgraded capability when it comes to the slow-mo feature.

Next comes the second video which points out everything in dark until and unless the number 9 appears. The image turns bright so it is expected that Samsung Galaxy S9 duo users will be able to capture good-looking photos as well as videos even in low-light conditions. The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ smartphones are tipped to feature a wide f/1.5 camera aperture.

Finally, the last promo video shows a Korean model which happens to feature a different kind of facial expression. But when the number 9 is spotted, the face is seen to turn into an animated emoji. Hinting towards the fact that Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ to feature animated emojis, the recent reports also point out that it will enable users to make 3D emoticons via the selfie camera. This feature was introduced by Apple with its iPhone X as ‘Animoji’ which lets users send emojis (animated) in the messages. Also, Honor picked up the same feature recently. We now need to wait and watch how Samsung implements this very feature and how exciting it turns out to be!
