The Nokia X6 smartphone was launched in China last month and since then speculations were doing the rounds that the smartphone may be launched globally soon. The device was also spotted on a Bluetooth certification site and only yesterday we reported that the Nokia X6 has been spotted on the international website of the company. Now, the Nokia X6’s support page has gone live on the Indian website of the company indicating an imminent launch in the country in the coming days.
The Nokia X6 user guide posted on the Indian website lists all the procedures to start the smartphone and how to use all the features that it boasts. The support page also states that the upcoming smartphone complies with all the regulations of the DoT in India. “Your mobile device is also designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves established by the India Department of Telecommunications. These requirements set a SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue,” the support page states. The page is now live which indicates that the smartphone may be announced by the company soon.
Coming to the specifications of the Nokia X6, the device features a 5.8-inch full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1080 X 2280 pixels. It is protected by 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, it is packed with up to 6GB of RAM. On the optics front, the device features a dual rear camera module with a 16MP primary RGB sensor and a 5MP secondary monochrome sensor. Both the cameras are equipped with AI capabilities and also comes with HDR support. The smartphone has up to 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be further upgraded with the help of a micro-SD card. Fueled by a 3060mAh battery under the hood, the phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
