Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 Renders Leaked Online; Tipped to Launch in December

Chinese smartphone maker Asus has revealed a teaser poster of the upcoming Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 which shows portions of the front and back panel. The poster shows that there is a display notch on the front and triple camera setup on the rear panel. However, some newly leaked renders of the alleged Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 contradicts the teaser and shows the presence of a dual rear camera setup instead. Some images of the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 have been leaked by tipster Ishan Agarwal and MySmartPrice and it shows the presence of a display notch on the front with a slight chin at the bottom. The device is seen to sport a dual rear camera set up along with a fingerprint sensor and gradient color finish of the back panel.

However, the teaser posted shared by Asus Indonesia shows three camera sensor cutouts on the rear. The third cutout seen on the teaser is expected to be the LED flash and not a camera sensor. The company is also tipped to launch two separate variants of the smartphone. While one may feature a dual rear camera setup, the second variant may sport a triple camera setup. As per earlier reports, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 will come with 6-inch full HD+ display, triple rear camera setup, a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies and video calling, 4GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of inbuilt storage space and it will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC.

As per tipster Ishan Agarwal, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 is expected to launch in India on December 11 or 12. He further tips that the smartphone will be available in Midnight Blue and Cosmic Silver color variants and will sport a plastic back with a 6.26-inch full HD+ display and Gorilla Glass 6 protection on top. It is set to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box.
