You may remember the mishap when a French retailer website listed Huawei P Smart device accidentally on their portal and the buzz of this device is so popular that the event went viral even before the site could take that device out of the list. Well, can you remember that? If not, no issue, the device is expected to be launched in early January 2019. The expected date is 2nd January.
The price has been set at $285 in the European market. We always talk a lot about rebranded phones. We criticized Nokia 8.1 for the same reason and this time, it’s the Huawei P smart. Every feature and specs resemble Honor 10 Lite in a different layout only. Honor 10 Lite was not a superhit at all, maybe that’s why Huawei has changed the package only and trying to put the old wine into a new colored glass to serve the same thing again. No doubt that it’s a rebranded device, nothing else.
Apart from criticizing it, let’s have a look at the features and specs it has onboard though there’s nothing to surprise. The device measures as same as the Honor 10 Lite and the screen size is astonishingly same as well, it’s 6.21 inch that supports a full HD resolution with 1080 x 2340 pixels while having 19.5:9 aspect ratio for best viewing.
Well, at the heart it has got Kirin 710 chipset coupled with 3 GB RAM while having flash storage of 64 GB storage onboard. At the camera section, it has a powerful 13 MP primary snapper with a 2 MP depth sensor and an 8 MP front facing the camera for perfect selfie. For multitasking, it has a 3400 mAh battery. Like every Huawei device, it also powered by EMUI 9.0 based on Android Pie.
