War has been started on a new front, round the year, it keeps transferring from one zone to another. Asus has taken it to laptop by launching its new Zenbook featuring world’s slimmest bezel! Asus’s new laptop range is called StudioBook. Portability factor of a laptop makes more usable. This is where Asus has concentrated its research on. With years of research, it has managed to squeeze the whole package more and ultimately the result is in front of your eyes, super compact design with less bezel.
The display is powered by LED-backlit IPS screen while having a thickness of 2.5 mm only! Corner to corner, the screen measures 13.9 inch only! The bezel which almost has no place makes the display looking vivid and even more beautiful.
Well, in order to make the Zenbook slimmer, Asus has compromised one feature and that’s disheartening of course. The previous version got a 4K display and in this one, it doesn’t support 4K videos. But the overall compacted size makes it more portable as it weighs 2.5 pounds only!
The whole body of ZenBook measures just a bit less than 12.9 mm and it gets the crown of world’s slimmest machine till now. Let’s have a look what it has packed inside. On the hardware front, it has an NVIDIA GeForce M150 that throttles decent graphics but don’t you dare to play high graphics games on it, It’s simply for official tasks. It houses a Core i%-8265U processor at the heart and coupled with 16 GB DDR3 RAM! Again, having DDR3 RAM is not something that we expected from it. On the connectivity front, it has two USB 3.1 Type C and a single full-sized USB 3.1.
