On Tuesday, Asus launched their Windows 10-powered Transformer Book T100HA in India. The Taiwanese tech firm has developed this 2-in-1 convertible which will now be available at a price of Rs. 23,990. The hybrid comes in Tin Gray and Aqua Blue colour options in India.Last year, back in June, Asus had announced it range of laptop-tablet hybrid and earlier this month, they launched two new convertible laptops – VivoBook Flip TP301 and TP510 at CES 2016.

The convertible laptop has keyboard that is hooked on a neodymium magnetic hinge. It enables the user to flip the the device so that it can be used as tablet, tent, or even stand mode. Asus says, “It integrates four neodymium magnets to ensure the tablet and keyboard connects with ease, precision and strength. The self-aligning magnetic hinge design allows for lightning-fast transformation and ensures a strong connection when docked.”
Designed to provide excellent performance, the all new Asus Transformer Book T100HA offers 10.1-inch detachable LED back-lit display with 1280×800 pixels resolution. Its powered by 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It comes equipped with 2MP front-facing camera, Cortana, Continuum and Microsoft Office Mobile. As for connectivity, the Asus Transformer Book T100HA offers a Micro-USB 2.0 port, USB 2.0 slot, USB 3.1 Type C, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0. The laptop weighs 1.03Kgs and 580 grams without keyboard.
