Indian tech giant, Intex, today has launched Aqua Lions 3 in the country. Yet another budget smartphone has been unveiled following the release of Aqua Selfie. Aqua Lions 3 is a 4G VoLTE-enabled smartphone that comes in two color variants- Black and Champagne.
Under the hood, reports say, Intex’s latest smartphone will be powered by 1.25GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM. Display wise, the device is revealed to be sporting a 5-inch IPS HD screen within its sleek body. Running Android 7.0 Nougat, Aqua Lions 3 comes in with 2.5D curved DragonTrail glass on top. Users are offered an inbuilt storage of 16 GB that features to be expandable with a microSD card of 128 GB.
The greatest highlight of this particular affordable Intex handset is that the Aqua Lions 3 sports Microsoft’s SwiftKey keyboard, by which regional language input becomes seamless. With an inclusion of 22 Indian languages, Intex Aqua Lions 3 boasts a powerful 4,000mAh battery.
The SwiftKey keyboard offers the interesting emoji prediction feature in 13 Indian languages. From the imaging perspective, the Intex Aqua Lions 3 offers a rear camera of 8-megapixel autofocus camera alongside LED flash. Also note, the smartphone comes with an 8 MP front camera to offer the best selfie-shooting activity. Other features introduced are prime video, code scanner as well as Gaana. Touted to be a mid-range smartphone, Intex’s latest Aqua Lions 3 comes with a price tag of Rs. 6,499. Aqua Lions 3 is a crucial competitor of Xiaomi Redmi 4A priced at Rs 5,999. Alongside, it also gives a tough competition to Lenovo K6 Power as well.
