Yesterday we had reported about Vivo’s hotly-anticipated smartphones X20 and X20 Plus to officially get unveiled on Septemeber 21 (as mentioned here). The rumor mill is back with the next plausible news alongside a teaser which surfaced on the internet prior to a couple of hours. The Chinese tech giant has taken it to Weibo informing that the Vivo X20 will come with another edition- the special Mars Intelligent Agency Edition (featuring an entirely black color body). To add the cherry on the cake, the new Vivo X20 MIA Edition is envisioned to get unveiled alongside the much-awaited Vivo X20.
From the Weibo post (as mentioned above), one can get the best look at the device wrapped entirely in a black body. Not only this, Vivo has teased more than one image of the smartphone hinting at the design of Vivo X20 MIA Edition. If the report is to be taken into consideration, then one may expect the upcoming smartphone to retain the key specs as the original Vivo X20 device. But what may differentiate the smartphones is the RAM and memory specs.
Talking about the Vivo X20, it may come with a display size of 5.2-inch full-HD alongside screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. While the report we have come across by Gizmochina states that the smartphone will get unveiled with 5.8-inch AMOLED display with a 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. At the heart, the smartphone is going to house Qualcomm’s latest and powerful mid-range Snapdragon 660 chipset. Paired with that, one may get a whopping combination of 6GB RAM and a default storage of 128GB. The juice will be provided by a powerful 3500mAh battery.
Vivo X20 was already leaked several times, on the optics front (as mentioned here). From the reports earlier, one may take a stab for the camera specs to boast 24-megapixel front snapper. We have also covered Vivo X20 TENAA listing which hints at the fingerprint sensor embedded on the rear panel. As of now, apart from the newly-anticipated Vivo X20 MIA Edition, the smartphone is believed to debut in two color variants. Further reports await in the coming days.
