Finally, after months of waiting, Huawei has made the Huawei Mate 10 Lite official. This is a watered-down variant of the other devices in the Mate 10 series. The Mate 10bfamily also includes the Mate 10 and the Mate 10 Pro. While the latter two devices were announced, as you can see here, there was no word on the Lite version. Well, guess what? The Mate 10 Lite is now official in Europe and in China.
We have previously covered the Huawei Mate 10 Lite in some detail; for example, we informed you a long time ago that the Maimang 6 and the Huawei Mate 10 Lite were the same devices. This new handset has a list of great features which will fascinate you.
The new Huawei Mate 10 Lite rocks a 5.9-inch display that comes with a screen resolution of 1,080×2,160 pixels and a very decent aspect ratio of 18:9. The bezels around the display are minimal, bordering on the point of being nearly bezel-less. Under the hood, this new device is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 659 chipset which has 8 cores for better performance. The Mate 10 will give you the power of 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage space. Since this device has a hybrid SIM slot, all the users can increase the innate storage space thanks to a microSD card.
As far as the optics front is considered, the Huawei Mate 10 comes fully loaded with four cameras. While the rear dual camera is a combination of one 16MP primary sensor as well as a 2MP secondary sensor, on the front is a 13MP sensor and a 2MP one. The rear camera setup can also capture images in Bokeh effect. The Huawei Mate 10 Lite runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and ample juice is granted by the 3,340mAh battery. The available color options are Graphite Black, Gold, and Aurora Blue.
