After OPPO F5 surfaced on Instagram to come in three variants (along with the facial unlock technology), the rumor mill seems to offer the same news about OPPO’s another much-awaited smartphone- the OPPO R11S. The device not only was spotted on AnTuTu, but the tech industry also witnessed the R11S smartphone on 3CC certification indicating some excellent optics specs. As per the new leak that surfaced on the internet recently, OPPO’s leaked render present some detailing of the device’s design.
Chinese microblogging website, Weibo, revealed best looks at the device. OPPO is likely to bring its R11S smartphone with comparatively smaller bezels. Along with that, the renders also offer an explanation as to why the company can’t incorporate the fingerprint reader below the display. Alternatively, it’ll be positioned on the rear panel where users’ forefingers naturally set. This report from GizmoChina also indicates that the bottom bezel will be bare, whereas, the top bezel will be occupied with the selfie shooter as well as the earpiece.
In the design philosophy, OPPO R11S is expected to come with a recess in order to incorporate the secondary microphone at the top of the phone. At the bottom, there would be housed the micro USB port, speaker grille, audio jack, and primary mic. On the rear panel, there would be the dual camera module placed at the top left corner along with an LED flash. In addition, the volume rocker is placed on the left corner of the device alongside the SIM tray and power button.
While it seems that OPPO R11S is set to debut on November 2, the selfie-centric brand might bring the OPPO F5 alongside. Other rumors of the smartphone indicate it to come with a combination of 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of default storage. The OPPO R11S will run the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box.
