The ‘red is the new black’ concept is now tech giant’s deal of presenting their smartphones in all new bold color variant, hence the color red! While earlier we have reported on smartphones like OPPO F5 Spicy Red Color variant and OnePlus 5T’s Lava Red color variant, there’s no denying the fact that for smartphone giants it is becoming an honor to produce red-colored variants which offer some outstanding looking models. Now, it is the time for the Beijing tech company, Xiaomi, which has surfaced on the internet with its all-new Xiaomi Mi A1 Red color variant.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 Red color variant, the mid-range smartphone, is now available in the Indian markets with a price tag of just Rs. 13,999. Although the company has taken an extra mile to offer a red colored variant of Xiaomi’s Mi A1, the smartphone is reported to be a limited version. The red color variant offers an excellent new vibrant Red shade, but the specs and feature remain the same as the traditional model of Xiaomi Mi A1.
Talking about the Xiaomi‘s Mi A1, the device now has been made available in four color variants: Black, Gold, Rose Gold and Red colors. The smartphone bears a 5.5-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. Shielding the device, there’s Corning Gorilla Glass on top. On the hardware front, the Mi A1 comes with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
On the optics front, the Xiaomi Mi A1 Red color variant comes with a similar camera module alike to the traditional model. It features a dual camera module of a pair of 12-megapixel image sensors. Up front, there’s a 5-megapixel camera sensor. On the software front, the Mi A1 red variant runs the Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system (and ditches the company’s MIUI). Besides Wi-Fi 802.11ac, other connectivity options also include GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, as well as a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack. The device was reported to get a price cut of Rs. 1000 and available at Rs. 13,999. For the time being, fans can get their hands on the new red color variant of Xiaomi Mi A1.
