Rumored Huawei Nova 4 may Sport a Display Hole in its Selfie Camera

The much awaited Huawei Nova 4 is rumored to be the next smartphone from the global mobile manufacturing behemoth Huawei, and this device is all set to launch sometime of the next month. As per latest reports, this Smartphone is having a hole in its display for the front facing camera at the top left side, and if that’s true then Huawei Nova 4 will be world’s first handset to come with display hole selfie camera, beating companies like Samsung etc who are also working on this technology.

Some images of this handset have already been leaked online, and the rumor of it having screen piercing was already out there. But now, the Huawei itself has briefly showcased a prompt look at the device at a recent live stream event in China, and we can clearly see a mild hole in the display for its front camera.

The above image of the alleged Nuawei Nova 4 was shown at a live event during birthday celebrations of famous Chinese singer Jackson Yee. If you look closely at the image, you will notice edge to edge display and a hole at the top right corner in the screen for its selfie camera. Samsung has already been working on this technology (Infinity O-display), and their product is rumored to make debut early next year. But it seems like Huawei has beaten the South Korean brand in this space. Along with that, the image of the mobile also reveals that it’ll feature a bezel-less design with a much higher screen-to-body ratio compared to other Huawei devices.

There isn’t much information about the Huawei Nova 4 specs, as the brand is yet to be revealed anything of such yet. But, as per rumors the phone is likely to have an LCD panel along with a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top edge. The rear panel of the device may sport AI-based triple camera set up to capture beautiful pictures in different popular modes. In terms of specs, this phone will eb pretty similar to the Huawei P20 Pro, which is already quite a hit thing in the market. It may not flaunt a physical fingerprint sensor in its rear panel, and that thing may be embedded in its front display to make it cooler.
