Mobiles Huawei May Follow The P10 With The Huawei P20, its 2018 Flagship By Krishanu Chatterjee Posted on December 27, 2017 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google+ Share on Reddit Share on Pinterest Share on Linkedin Share on Tumblr When Huawei released the Huawei P8, it received quite a lot of attention from fans across the world. In 2017, the Huawei P10 and the Huawei P10 Plus were released at the MWC 2017. It would stand to reason that the next in line flagship would be the Huawei P11. Unfortunately, it now seems that the Huawei P20 will be the next one to launch and it might be the flagship of 2018. Last week, there were reports that the Huawei P11 would be coming with a notch present on the display which would be identical to the iPhone X. Now, it seems that the Huawei P11 may not be arriving at all and the P20 will launch instead. The news comes from a very unlikely location: from Israel, and was first reported here. The Huawei roadmap for Israel Huawei products licensed importer in Israel is Alpha Telecom. On Tuesday, it held a product launch which saw the Huawei Mate 10 being launched for the very first time in Israel. The Huawei Mate 10 is a very fine device which has a lot of features. It was at the launch event that Rami Hazan, who is the CEO of the company, first made the announcement that the next Huawei flagship series would possibly be called the Huawei P20. The launch is expected at the beginning of 2018.There were reports previously that Huawei had already registered the name P20 and now it seems that it is true after all. We expect that the next-generation Huawei P20 will be launched at the Mobile World Congress or the MWC in 2018 to be held in February. As of now, the Huawei P20 is not listed for release in the first quarter of next year. However, since that roadmap is of Israel, this will not likely be the picture for the rest of the world. Expect the Huawei P20, P20 Plus, and the P20 Lite to make landfall in Q2 2018.
